La Mesa Mission Programs & Community Outreach
We are called to serve and love one another. Therefore, we are charged with equipping and empowering all members of the body to answer their individual calls to serve. There are many outlets of service that encourage personal and corporate growth while meeting participants wherever they are in their journey. Some of the mission & outreach efforts include:
- Native American Ministry
- Feast of Hope Thanksgiving Dinner
- La Mesa Elementary School Support /Homework Club / The Arts Academy
- Community Outreach - La Mesa Street Festival
- Project Share
- The Albuquerque Opportunity Center, a homeless shelter for men

- Samaritan Center community bilingual counseling services
- Community health activities and the La Mesa Health Team
- Mission Support of Menaul School (http://www.menaulschool.com) and the Cuba Mission Project of the Presbyterian Church (http://www.pcusa.org )
- Albuquerque Interfaith
- Collaboration with East Central Ministries, the La Mesa Neighborhood Association and The Young Children's Health Center.
