Youth Ministry
Pre-School through High School
Kids Club for children pre-school through high school on Wednesday 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM
This highly successful & innovative faith-developed program is under the leadership of Winona Poole. Activities include music, lectionary-based Bible study,& Youth Drama.
The Arts Academy is an outreach program to the children of the La Mesa Elementary School that is across the street from La Mesa Presbyterian Church.
Mid-High Through High School
Bible Study Every 2nd & 4th Sunday @ 11:00 AM
The class is led by volunteers from the congregation under the direction of La Mesa Staff.
Youth Drama Club Wednesday evenings as needed 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM
Youth often write their own short one-act plays & musicals which they then perform during Sunday worship services or at "dinner theaters" or other church activities.
Social Activities such as "lock-ins", camps & youth retreats are scheduled regularly to provide youth with opportunities to learn & grow in their faith.
